SPECIFICATIONS: 1999 Kenworth W900S model, vocational chassis-cab, equipped with a Cummins N14-460 uprated to 525HP, Fuller RTLO18718B transmission, 46K# tandem drive axles, Chalmers 800 series beam suspension, Watson & Chalin air up/down tag axle, double frame (standard bolted), dual power steering, 285” wheelbase, 18K# front axle & suspension, dual 120 gallon aluminum fuel tanks, dual stainless breathers, dual chrome exhaust, PTO/wet system for log loader with dash PTO control, 14-aluminum wheels, 22.5” floater front tires, 24.5” rear (including tag) NO RECAPS, 24’x102” log body can haul 3 rows of pulpwood, 6 bunks with strap winches, full drive gear lockout, Jake & cruise control, VIT interior trim. 155,973 honest miles – with 11,694 engine hours it is obvious the owner spends most of his time on the log loader. THE HOOD 7000 LOG LOADER IS SEPARATELY INSURED, AND IS NOT CONSIDERED PART OF THIS TRUCK, AND WILL BE REMOVED. THE HYDRAULIC TANK IS LOADER MOUNTED.
DAMAGES: Fallen snow severed the gas meter off of a 1,000-gallon propane tank, causing a propane buildup in the garage in which the truck was parked. Propane filled the cab, which blew out – the back panel, door frames and all glass are bowed outward, the visor is blown off, the interior is smoke and soot damaged, most paint is damaged from heat and soot, most plastic parts are melted, most chrome plastic parts are blistered, the LH rear tires are all destroyed, the LH tag wheels are damaged, the LH frame rails appear sagged, the tag axle suspension requires an OH, the tandem suspension requires an OH, and the fire department sprayed all the hot metal down with cold water.
HOW HARD WILL IT BE TO MOVE: This truck might start and run. Buy your own insurance, buy some tires & wheels and drive it home?
